This course places great emphases on confined space awareness and close quarter avoidance and control techniques. This course can be tailor to emphases empty hand as well as bladed weapons avoidance and control techniques.

Emergency Medical Personnel: Self-Protection and Control techniques. This course includes Self-Awareness and Self-Protection techniques  which will  allow personnel to control violent patients. A great emphases is placed on Avoidance techniques as well as Non-Injuring Control Techniques.

Corporate Self-Awareness and Self-Protection Course:  This course emphasizes Self-Awareness techniques in and around the work place. It also covers Self-Protection techniques such as escaping from various types of grabs and holds as well as striking vulnerable areas of the body in order to escape and defend oneself. This course can be tailored to meet the individual needs of women as opposed to their male counterparts.
