This video contains the 11 Ni-Sei-Shi Kaisetsu (Bunkai / Analysis) as developed by Dr. Chitose, 10th Dan, Hanshi and Founder of Chito-ryu Karate-do. These 11 applications appear to have been developed to teach and reinforce basic universal principles found in all systems of karate and many of the basic concepts taught in most Ko-ryu (old style) karate systems.  These principles and concepts are not unique to Chito-ryu, virtually all of the old masters of karate stressed these same principles and concepts. The Ni-Sei-Shi video not only contains the 11 Omote (Open) techniques as taught by Dr. Chitose, each technique also contains at least one Ura (Hidden) application.

DVD's 2006 Volumes 1, 2 & 3 Now Available. In 2006, Sensei James Morrone died. His wife Sensei Carole Morrone continues to operate their personal dojo and the organization they built together. On September 29th & 30th, Sensei Davenport traveled to Michigan for the fifth consecutive year to once again conducted six hours of seminars. The DVD offered from these seminars include information pertaining to Defensive tactics for Subject Control. Again, the techniques taught in these DVD are non-style specific and can be applied to virtually any style of Karate, Aikido or Jujutsu and applies to a multitude of Self-Protection situations. A Defensive Tactics Instructor who attended this years seminars had this to say: "Although I have been teaching Defensive Tactics to Police Officers for years and have attended many classes on Defensive Tactics, both Police and Military, I have never had techniques applied so easily on me nor explained like this before."

DVD's 2005 Volume 1& 2 Now Available.   In 2005 Sensei Davenport traveled to Michigan and conducted six hours of seminars at the dojo of Sensei James Morrone, 7th Dan in Shoto-kan Karate and student of Sensei Hidetaka Nishiyama one of the most famous karate instructors in the world. These seminar were attended not only by students and teachers of many styles of karate as well as Aikido and Aikijujutsu, but police officers and defensive tactics instructors who actually teach police officers.  The material contained in these DVD are non-style specific, therefore the techniques demonstrated can and do apply to any style of martial art or defensive tactics. As one Aikido teacher stated after the seminar, "I learned more about how to ensure that my art will works on the street from this seminar than I have in over 20 years of training in Aikido." A yudansha student of Sensei Tak Kabota founder of Gosoku-ryu karate stated,  "I have never had anyone take me down with such ease." A Go-dan in Shoto-kan karate who attended the seminars had this to say; , "These DVD contain some of the most unique information ever presented in a karate seminar and I have been to many of them."
